Dream Immo respects your privacy. This page explains what data we receive, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.
Who is responsible for your data?

What data, and why?
- Viewing request: name, email, phone, the property, preferred date and time, message. To arrange the viewing you ask for.
- Owner request (sale, letting, valuation): your project, the property's type and address, its area and bedrooms, your details and message. To value your property and offer our services.
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. To answer you.
- Emails and calls: what you send us directly, to answer you and follow up on your file.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, handled by our host to keep the site secure. To limit abuse, we also keep a non-reversible fingerprint of a form sender's IP address for 24 hours at most.
On what basis?
- The steps you ask us to take before a possible contract: viewing, valuation, mandate (GDPR article 6.1.b).
- Our legitimate interest in answering your messages and protecting the site from abuse (article 6.1.f).
- Our legal obligations, if your request leads to a sale or a letting (article 6.1.c).
We never use your data for advertising and never sell it. We will only send you a newsletter with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
How long?
- Requests sent through the site: 12 months at most after our last exchange, if they lead nowhere.
- Mandate, sale or letting: the necessary data is kept for the periods required by law (accounting, tax and, where applicable, anti-money-laundering rules).
- IP address fingerprint: 24 hours at most.
Who can see it?
Only the Dream Immo team handles your requests. Our technical providers act on our instructions, only to run the site:
- Leaf: site hosting and form handling.
- Cloudflare: network, site security and the anti-robot check on forms.
- Our business email and email sending providers: receiving your requests by email.
The site's database and files are kept in the European Union. Some providers, such as Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We only pass your details on to a third party (an owner, a notary) with your consent or when your file requires it.
How do we protect your data?
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The admin area is reserved for the Dream Immo team, by invitation and with two-step sign-in.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You may also withdraw any consent you gave.
Write to us at agence@dream-immo.eu. We answer within one month. If we are unsure of your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.
If you feel your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
